Range of Courses
Hourly Lessons
At Heath Sowden Driving School, hourly lessons really do last a
full hour as you will receive one to one tuition with no back seat passengers.
I provide structured lesson plans to meet your individual needs, at a learning pace that you
are comfortable with. Our first aim will be to get you driving in Carlisle - after all that
is where your driving test will be! I am very conscious of the expense involved in learning to
drive and want to make the experience as cost effective as possible for my pupils.
For those who live further away from the test centre or want to progress more quickly,
I provide 90 and 120 minute lessons.
Motorway Lessons
You legally cannot drive on the motorway until you have passed
your practical driving test so standard lessons do not cover this tuition. Even the most
confident of new drivers may find the thought of motorway driving a little daunting.
Heath Sowden Driving School can assist in motorway driving techniques, designing lessons
specific to your needs.
Refresher Courses
Some people find themselves in the situation where they have
had a break in driving. Perhaps you have lost some of your confidence or have avoided particular
aspects of driving such as night time driving or certain manoeuvres?
Heath Sowden Driving School can structure lessons to help you re-build your confidence in your
driving abilities, putting the enjoyment back into being behind the wheel.
